I thought about creating this website for years before I sat down in between presentations at the 2018 Southern California Linux Expo and hammered it out.

It is simply a whimsical approach to a very serious problem.  That is (I believe) interpersonal communication and our ability to discern terrestrial truth is suffering at the hands of the digital revolution.

I'm simply suggesting that we leverage digital technologies where they make our lives better, but be cognizant that efficiencies compete and we perhaps have perfectly good "old school" tools and solutions that will not fail us when the power goes out.  Further, and perhaps most important, we need to meet face-to-face whenever reasonably possible so that we might have higher quality relationships based on physical cues and absent the many possible misunderstandings that occurs in the absence of such visual and auditory signals.
