Refer to those who are not New Reformed Amish as "The English."

We just think this is funny. The reason the Amish call non-Amish "English" is that they are of German descent and most others in America are of English decent.  That is perhaps over simplified and only mostly true, but nevertheless, we find it amusing to do the same thing.
